Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Six Tango Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Six Tango," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit sixtango.ai and related marketing pages. It applies to visitors worldwide.
It is written to match how the site works today. It is not legal advice. If something here conflicts with a later founder-approved revision, the approved revision controls.
1. Who we are
Six Tango builds AI-powered tactical mission planning technology for front-line military leaders. For privacy questions or data requests, contact info@sixtango.ai.
2. Information we collect
Information you submit. When you use Request Access, Subscribe, or Careers, you may provide an email address and other details you choose to include (for example name, branch, rank, unit, or application materials). We collect that information so we can respond and operate those programs.
Analytics information. If you Accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (GA4) may collect device, browser, approximate location, page views, and similar usage data. If you Decline, we do not load GA4.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider may process standard server and security logs needed to operate and protect the site.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The site shows a consent banner for analytics cookies. Choosing Accept loads Google Analytics (GA4). Choosing Decline keeps analytics off. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage) so we can respect it on later visits.
Form submissions are separate from cookie consent. If you submit a form, that information is sent so we can process your request even if you declined analytics cookies.
4. How we use information
- Respond to access requests, subscription signups, and career inquiries
- Operate and improve the marketing site and related communications
- Understand aggregated traffic patterns when analytics consent is given
- Protect the site against abuse and maintain security
- Comply with law and enforce our rights when required
5. How we share information
Six Tango does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for advertising.
We use service providers to run the site. Today those providers include:
- Netlify for hosting and form intake
- Google for analytics (Google Analytics / GA4, only after you Accept), routing form submissions (Google Apps Script), and digest and operational email (Gmail / Google Workspace). Only the analytics use is gated on your cookie consent choice; form routing and operational email are not, consistent with Section 3.
- Notion to store subscriber and related form records
These providers process information on our behalf to deliver those services. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
6. Retention
We keep form and related contact information until you ask us to delete it, unless a shorter or longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. Analytics data is retained according to our GA4 configuration and Google's product settings.
7. Your choices and requests
You can Accept or Decline analytics cookies through the banner. You can also clear site data in your browser to reset that choice.
To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, email info@sixtango.ai. Deletion requests are handled by Six Tango's founder using an internal checklist that covers Netlify, Notion, and email records.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us to exercise them. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.
8. Children
The site is directed at adults in professional and government contexts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International visitors
We are based in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection rules than your home country.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
